This premier Mediterranean event will feature a seated six course culinary journey with paired cocktails and spirits.  Our guest chefs will showcase Mediterranean cuisine and our certified spirit and wine experts will create exquisite wine and spirit pairings to accompany each divine creation. Guests will delight as they enter the Ballroom of The South’s Downtown Resort  to discover a re-imagined space where they’ve been invited to dine at the table of world-renowned chefs and mixologists.  The sights, sounds and aromas of the kitchen fill the room as guests enjoy and participate in stunning culinary demonstrations.


As part of our theme this year, we will feature cuisine inspired by the flavors and styles of the Mediterranean.
